Fueling the Front Lines
Don Murphy, known well for both his downtown restaurant, Murphy's Bar & Grill, and his relentless support of our community, has been at it again during our community's greatest time of need. Murph and his team donated their time and ingredients to prepare readily available, delicious, healthy and free meals to Straub, Queen's and Kaiser Hospital ER doctors and nurses, ICU teams, respiratory specialists, housekeeping teams and social workers who were working tirelessly on the front lines of our island's battle against the COVID-19 pandemic.
La Gelateria donated 10% of all retail sales for the past six weeks to Fueling the Front Lines and was proud to play a small part in supporting Murph and our community.
